Sprout Salad

2 Clementines

1 avocado

8-12 oz Sprouts of your choice

2 garlic cloves

1 T olive oil

Mash together avocado, oil, chopped garlic, and juice of one and a half Clementine’s. Save a couple slices of avocado to top salad along with pieces of half of Clementine. Toss thoroughly with sprouts perhaps using your hands to coat well. Top with Clementine pieces and avocado chunks.
