The most surefire way to make fish that melts in your mouth is by putting fish and foil tent and cooking as specified. Any spices desired may be put on fish. Salmon is a better choice than tuna because it has a lower mecury content. Try to buy wild fish for better flavor and health benefits.
Ingredients and Directions:
Salmon, 1 lb
½ onion, sliced placed on top foil, underneath fish
2 garlic cloves, crushed
1 in grated ginger
Run garlic and ginger on top fish
1 lemon juiced
Squeeze lemon over front and back
Drizzle top with agave syrup
Fold in foil tent.
Turn on oven 350 F, immediately add fish
Bake 20 min
Turn to 200
Bake 12 min
Remove from oven, let sit for 10-15 min.
