Favorite Green Beans

Green beans are super for their fiber and nutrients. If you are on a healing diet use lemon juice instead of vinegar. This can also be made with raw (young) beans.

2/3 lb green beans (a small panful), cooked till bright green

2 T chopped parsley or basil

½ c almonds processed in food processor until 2/3 fine ground and some large pieces left

2 T red wine vinegar

1 large garlic clove or 3 small

1 green onion minced

Dash salt
